ABOUT THE EVENT

The Wine Pop Up Experience-wine tasting, food pairing, music, mingling, networking with awesome views and ambiance. The event will take place in Milwaukee, WI on May 14, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. The venue is Nō Studios. Located in Milwaukee's historic Brewery District, Nō Studios' SkyLine Lounge is an intimate space with a great sound system, lighting, bar area, and amazing views of the city.

Wine is the focus of this event and we intend to provide our guests with 3 - 4 complimentary wines for tasting and a personal charcuterie box for pairing. Additionally, guests will leave with small gift bag to show our appreciation for their attendance.

We foresee the audience as professional men and women of all cultural backgrounds, between the ages of 30 - 50. While it is a wine tasting event, we hope to attract people who are not wine drinkers but enjoy great music, ambiance, and new experiences.

B.E.A.K. is committed to giving back and will accept donations to be given to a local non-profit organization; for this event it is COA Child and Family of Milwaukee. COA assists local youth with programming and resources that help drive academic achievement and foster personal development in supportive environments.

OUR VISION FOR OUR RELATIONSHIP

Wine Sponsors

We are seeking winemakers, wine vendors, and/or distributors who can enhance the wine pop up by providing up to 450 ounces of wine, of your choice, for our guests to sample during the event. Wine sponsors will need to be on Nō Studios' distribution list but for those who are not we have other opportunities.

Raffle Sponsors

We will raffle off bottles of wine and/or wine related merchandise to our attendees and hope to achieve this by way of donated items. The donor has the discretion to provide whatever they would like; no donation is too big or too small and all would be appreciated.

Wine Directory

We will cultivate an electronic wine directory for our guests allowing them an opportunity to access a variety of wine vendors. Listing in the wine directory is only $20.

WHAT 'S IN IT FOR YOU?

Wine sponsors will be highlighted in pre-event advertisement and during the event with signage as provided by the sponsor. Additionally, they will be featured on our website and social media pages with direct links to their websites and/or social media. Wine sponsors will also be listed in the wine directory.

Raffle sponsors will be named on our website and social media pages. They will be announced at the time of gifting and will be listed in the wine directory.

This is a great opportunity to gain a new audience, be visible in the community, promotion, ongoing relationship as our partners as we host events in different cities.
